A fusion of style and technology.
The concept was to reconcile two completely different concepts: neoclassical interior with a state of the art device management system – Smart Home.

Neoclassicism is an artistic movement based on the art of Greece and Rome which we have implemented in the designing of this interior. The design itself envisages elements of modern technology to be implemented into the neoclassical interior thus creating a strange combination of oppositions at first glance. The materials and elements of the interior used form a contrast: massive wooden furniture – transparent glass and metal stairwell, designed to provoke a reaction in the user and observer.

Description of works carried out: The architectural and structural interventions include redesign of the space according to the needs of the new owner. The staircase which was originally planned as straight was taking up too much room, and was therefore changed to a spiral staircase, resulting in a better layout and enabling the interior design to be carried out with more freedom and flexibility. The furniture and interior design employ the Art Deco style in combination with the latest Smart Home technologies, thus giving the user of the space a full experience.

The Smart Home System, a modern and innovative solution applied here, provides total comfort with the possibility of controlling your home. Automatization and remote control of devices is a revolutionary concept which facilitates access and moving around the home. Lighting control, audio/visual devices control and air conditioning control are just some of the options which are now at your fingertips with the help of just one remote control device, via web interface or mobile phone.

The systems implemented include light control, control of blinds and their position, air conditioning control, connection to the alarm system and transformation of the ambient–scenes in the room as needed, in just a few seconds. For example, this option allows you to transform your living room in seconds according to your mood or needs – for entertaining guests or enjoying your favourite film. The user can make alterations and additions to the scenes even without prior knowledge about such systems.
Controls may be performed individually or implemented in scenes and groups.
